The aroma alone will have people knocking on your door from three houses down, asking what’s cooking, and begging for a sample. Istanbul Izgara is a customer favorite for steak, ribeye, lamb chops, shish kebab, kofte, meatballs, stew, chicken, ground beef… and don’t forget vegetables! Experiment – this blend can take it.
